The role of the Flower Arranger is to arrange and create displays of flowers, care and maintain them to help create the right welcome into the Cathedral whatever the time of year or occasion.
Core Tasks
• Cutting and arranging flowers.
• Maintaining flowers.
• Brainstorming ideas for new displays.
• Helping run the Flower Guild's stall at Fairs and Markets.

- Limited Physical Access
The Flower arranging room is very small and not suited to wheelchairs - Minimum time commitment (e.g. 3 months, 6 months etc)
3 months - Suitable for Under 18's (if yes state min age)
Arrangements could be made to enable a college +16 student to volunteer - Will require references
Character references accepted

Availability Details
The Flower Guild volunteer on Friday mornings from 9am usually for one or two hours. Occasionally they volunteer on Saturdays to prepare decorations for special occasions (Events & Services) or to run a stall at a Christmas market.
