The annual Portsmouth Inspiring Volunteer Awards is organised by Together in the HIVE (Portsmouth Volunteer Centre), to recognise the hard work and outstanding contributions made by volunteers across Portsmouth. Without their dedication and support, many charities and not for profits simply would not be able to provide their services to the local community.
The awards ceremony is an invite-only event, taking place in Portsmouth on Tuesday 29th September 2025. The annual awards ceremony gives local volunteers the chance to shine for the night, recognising the extraordinary contribution of those who give up their time to make Portsmouth a better place. Last year more than 200 people attended the free event, with hundreds more nominated by those whose lives they’ve touched. Be part of this amazing event by sponsoring a category.
Organisations and companies have the opportunity to sponsor an award. You can sponsor as many awards as you want and can select the award category which most closely represents your organisation. Award sponsors will benefit from the extensive publicity that will be generated before, during and after the event.
By sponsoring the awards, your organisation will make a significant difference in helping recognise the outstanding achievements made by the people and organisation, whose efforts have made a positive difference in the community and has inspired and motivated others. These contributions often go unnoticed and are not publicly mentioned or celebrated. Through your support, we can make sure recognition is given to these selfless individuals.

Sponsorship packages
£300 sponsorship package
- Your logo will be included across the event marketing as one of the main sponsors. This will include promotional posters, flyers, website and social media. Your logo will also be featured throughout the event programme.
- Your organisation will fully sponsor a category. You will have the opportunity to present the award on stage to the winner(s) on the awards night.
- Your logo will be printed on all certificates for your chosen award and will appear on the winners’ trophies.
- Your organisation will be credited and acknowledged throughout the lead-up to the event and on the night of the event.
