Kings Theatre
This year the Kings Theatre has kindly allowed use of their venue for this years volunteering awards!
Kings Theatre, opened in 1907 is one of the most iconic landmarks in the city, located in the heart of Southsea. originally the venue was built for a variety performances, Kings Theatre has evolved over the years and today hosts a wide range of events, including live theatre, musicals, comedy, and concerts.
The theatre’s capacity is around 1,600 seats, offering a traditional yet intimate experience for theatre-goers. Over the years, it has become a beloved cultural hub for both locals and visitors to Portsmouth. In addition to its main stage performances, Kings Theatre also hosts educational outreach programs and community events, further solidifying its role as a cherished part of the local arts scene.

Pompey in the community
Pompey in the Community is an award-winning charity affiliated with Portsmouth Football Club, dedicated to promoting education, healthy living, and sporting participation among vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals of all ages.
Pompey in the Community operates the John Jenkins Stadium, a sports facility and community hub named after a D-Day veteran and lifelong Pompey fan. This venue serves as a central location for training, learning, and community activities.
