One off - Christmas Party Volunteers - 15th December!

We’re inviting 2–3 friendly volunteers to help us bring festive joy to our centre users at the annual Havelock’s Christmas Party!

This heartwarming event is all about celebrating togetherness, and we’d love your support in creating a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere. Volunteers will work alongside the Centre Manager and our amazing team to help with:

- Setting up and supporting a gift swap for attendees

- Assisting with the buffet and drinks area

- Encouraging fun and laughter through party games

- Joining in or helping coordinate Christmas carols

- Making sure everyone feels included and cared for throughout the afternoon

Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or new to community events, your time and energy will make a real difference. Come help us spread some holiday cheer and make this celebration truly special for everyone involved!

Skills

- 18+

- Able to volunteer on the 15th December 12:30-4:30

- Able to help with the following roles below:

- Setting up and supporting a gift swap for attendees

- Assisting with the buffet and drinks area
