MAKE@Aldingbourne is a unique project in Fratton, Portsmouth, and a proud part of the Aldingbourne Trust. We support adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them gain skills for independent living, employment, and community involvement.
To assist adults with learning disabilities to make hot drinks and serve food to tables. General cleaning. position would be over 2 locations, Make in Fratton and John Pounds Centre, Portsea. Taking orders and serving customers at the register with items from our charity shop and recording gift aid. Uniform provided. Mandatory training will be provided and expected.
Our project features a café, charity shop, creative arts studio, and hosts various community events. We also run other projects in Portsmouth, including GIG Buddies, Dynamite, and a new café at the John Pound Centre. MAKE is a place to connect, learn, and grow—a true Community of Place and People.
