Event Overview
The Portsmouth Cultural Festival will take place on Saturday 1 August 2026 at Victoria Park, Portsmouth.
This free, family-friendly festival is delivered by URBOND in partnership with Portsmouth City Council and celebrates the city’s rich cultural diversity, creativity, and strong sense of community. The festival brings people together through shared experiences, highlighting the many communities that contribute to Portsmouth’s unique identity.
Festival Highlights
· Stalls Local cultural organisations, charities, community groups, and businesses will host stalls representing a wide range of backgrounds, traditions, and lived experiences.
· Creative Workshops Hands-on, interactive workshops will run throughout the day, giving visitors opportunities to explore culture and creativity through practical activities.
· Main Stage Entertainment Curated and managed by Along The Coast Festival, the main stage will feature live performances, music, and entertainment from diverse performers, alongside a smaller community-led stage within the park.
· Community Activities Community-led interactions and activities across the park will celebrate the people and organisations who help make Portsmouth an inclusive and welcoming city.

URBOND is a charitable organisation dedicated to promoting equality, celebrating diversity, and strengthening community connections. Through its Youth Development programme, URBOND supports young people by creating opportunities, encouraging wellbeing, and helping to build positive futures for the next generation.
