EBP South are looking for business volunteers to help at a range of events in schools, including interview ready sessions, employer interviews, and speed networking. This is a great way to share your skills with young people and help bridge the skills gap by educating and inspiring people about your industry. We provide an on the day briefing, support, and event day materials.

Employer Interviews
Students will have a 10-minute interview with a Business Volunteer. EBP South will provide volunteers with a list of questions at the beginning of the event about competencies, interests etc. Volunteers are also welcome to prepare their own questions if they would like to. At the end the volunteers provide the students with feedback on their communication skills, body language, CV etc.
Each interview is 10 minutes long.
EBP South is an established social enterprise and registered charity that raises the aspirations of young people, offers insights to the world of work and inspires young people to become more enterprising and resilient.
Process:
You will need an account to register your interest for this role. Once you have registered your interest you will receive an automatic email with next steps. If you have not received this in a couple of hours, please do get in touch as it may not have registered (volunteering@hiveportsmouth.org.uk).
