Receptionist for co working space

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable volunteer to join us as a receptionist at our welcoming co-working space in St Luke’s Church.

As a volunteer receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting guests using the space
• Keeping the area clean, tidy, and well-presented
• Handling small amounts of money with care and integrity
• Replenishing tea and coffee supplies
• Watering and caring for our indoor plants

In return, you’re welcome to use the space yourself for studying or working during your shift. If you're interested in gaining basic office and admin experience, we’re happy to support you in learning those skills too.
