What is the Role?
As we continue to grow, we are always on the lookout for skilled volunteers to help with day-to-day CIC operations.
Are you motivated to give something back to the Portsmouth community, build on your existing skills, and gain some non-profit experience?
Are you the ‘Monica’ of your friendship group – extremely organised and self-driven to get things done?
We are seeking an administrator to support the wider team and our founder with planning and preparation for our exciting events and projects. This will involve things such as supplier liaison, booking meetings, ordering banners, writing emails, and updating event platforms.
You will be part of the glue that holds the CIC together, and being a part of it is something truly special.
You will be working alongside the board of the non-profit which includes our Founder & Commercial Manager as well as our volunteer marketing team and other events volunteers.
We all work remotely but have regular meetups and online meets.
About the Organisation:
Mindset Maintenance CIC is a Portsmouth-based not-for-profit enhancing community mental wellbeing and resilience through inclusive, low-cost events and workshops, and meaningful collaboration with local wellbeing practitioners and organisations.
Please check your junk email folder in case any emails end up there. Friendly reminder that the charities/organisations emails may end up here too.
Don't forget you can add up any volunteering hours as part of Team 100 Opportunity - Hive Portsmouth or part of the Donate 100 things challenge Opportunity
