Marketing Manager

What is the Role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Volunteer Marketing Manager to help shape and oversee the marketing function of Mindset Maintenance CIC.
Are you motivated to give something back to the Portsmouth community, develop your marketing experience, and use your skills to make a genuine difference?
Do you enjoy planning campaigns, creating engaging content, coordinating teams, and finding new ways to grow an organisation's reach?
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee our volunteer marketing team and help drive awareness of Mindset Maintenance across our community. You'll work closely with our Founder & Commercial Manager to plan marketing campaigns, support fundraising and event promotion, identify partnership and PR opportunities, and ensure our messaging is consistent across all channels.
While you'll oversee the wider marketing function, you'll also enjoy getting involved in creating content, reviewing campaigns, and bringing new ideas to the table. You'll work alongside our Content Creator and Social Media Scheduler, providing direction, collaborating on campaigns, and supporting the delivery of engaging content across our digital platforms.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands on marketing, giving you the chance to make a real impact while building experience within a growing community organisation.
No experience needed – just someone who studies marketing and wants to get hands on in that area.
You will be working alongside the board of the CIC, our volunteer marketing team, and our wider network of volunteers and community partners.
