We are hosting a conference on the 25th September, that has been curated to enhance the connections within our creative community, our residents, and the wider communities of Portsmouth. It is designed as a platform for unity, growth, and inspiration, ensuring our creative and cultural sector thrives.
We are looking for volunteers to help us ensure a smooth running of the day. Duties are mainly welcoming delegates and supporting delegate transition between workshops, signposting to certain areas such as toilets, manning sign in desk for late arrivals.
We are also looking for volunteers who can help regarding the accessible facilities, managing any special requirements, offering emotional support, and promoting an inclusive atmosphere throughout the event. Volunteers also help with logistical tasks such as distributing materials, assisting with registration, and communicating accessibility features to attendees,
We are looking for ten people per shift (9am - 1:00am and 12:30pm-3:45pm), if you are interested, sign up today!
