One off event- 432 Fratton event - 21st June

There will be a few different roles for volunteers to support the 432 Fratton event, including: managing vehicle access and parking for stalls and traders. Stewarding during the event to ensure visitor safety and assistance. Packing down the event at the end of the day.

Shift 2: Event Stewards

Time: 11:45–15:15

Volunteers Needed: 6

Tasks:

- Stewarding to ensure visitor safety and assistance.

- Monitoring the stage area and helping visitors.

- Required Skills/Attributes:

- Good communication skills.

- Attentiveness, mobility, and a friendly demeanour.

Shift 3: Pack Down

- Time: 15:00–18:30

- Volunteers Needed: 6

- Tasks:

- Supporting stewarding.

- Packing down the event (dismantling stalls, gazebos, and equipment).

Required Skills/Attributes:

Physically able to lift and move equipment.

Teamwork and efficiency.
