What will I be doing?
- Helping beginners sew simple repairs and small make-n-take projects using sewing machines.
- Help to set-up and tidy.
When?
Slow-Sew: First Wednesday of the month, at 10.30am - 12.30pm or one early evening as we expand (to be confirmed)
Power-Sew: Third Monday of the month, either 10.30 am - 12.30 or 5.30pm to 8pm
Skills
- Simple hand-sewing and basic machine-sewing skills.
- Ability to teach the public.
- Need an approachable personality.
- Some flexibility too as each attendee will bring different items to be sewn.
- Supervision is always available and helpers can come and try a session before offering or committing to help.

- No criminal record (DBS) check required
