Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service\'s Children and Young People Department are seeking volunteers who have the time, skills and enthusiasm to provide support, guidance and mentorship to young people in both rewarding and challenging environments.

The Programme is designed in modules and is aimed at giving the cadets the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised BTEC Level 2 Award in Fire and Rescue Services in the community.
Your role will be to lead and instruct the delivery of the Programme as per the provided training and lesson plans, organise and provide administrative support to the Cadets and your colleagues, and to communicate with the Fire Cadet Team Leader.
No previous fire service experience required.
