The Macmillan Coffee morning takes place at the end of September each year. This year, the official date will be on 26th September. There are various local businesses that are hosting coffee mornings and you can find out more by following the links below.
The coffee morning began in 1990 as a small event with people donating the price of their coffee to the charity, which provides support for those living with cancer.
Macmillan and Portsmouth City Council have joined forces and Macmillan is now the presenting partner for Spinnaker Tower to raise awareness of the condition and highlight the services Macmillan offers for Portsmouth. There is also the Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Service at the QA hospital which provides information and support to those affected by cancer.
