Organisers at the Fratton Family Festival are looking for helpers for this great event this coming weekend.
Volunteering at the Fratton Family Festival on 15/09/19
10.00am -4.30pm in pairs or family groups in 90mins slots.( there is a volunteers meeting at 10.00am )
10.30- 12.00noon, 12.00-1.30pm,1.30pm -3.00pm or 3.00-4.30pm.
What would you need to do ?
• Rattle donation buckets
• Hand out Programmes
• Help with contacting stall holders and at the FBL Gazebo as directed by the Volunteer co coordinator .
Danielle, our volunteer coordinator for the day, will be at the FBL Gazebos in the middle of the site . Volunteers should go there to sign in ect.
FBL will provide refreshments during the day and be holding a volunteers thank you event on 19/09/19 6.30-8.00pm at FCC which all volunteers are invited to.
