If you provide unpaid care for a family member, friend, or neighbour, join us at the Portsmouth Disability Hub to meet the team from the Carers Centre and find out about the support available to you.
Caring for someone can be rewarding, but it can also bring challenges. The Carers Centre offers information, advice, and guidance to help carers access the support they need, look after their own wellbeing, and connect with other local services.
This drop-in session is a chance to ask questions, explore available resources, and learn more about the help on offer for carers in Portsmouth.
