HR/Operations Administrator

What will I be doing?

- Source and recruit members by developing job descriptions, preparing opportunity adverts,

liaise with recruitment agencies

- Assist in recruitment process by screening, contacting, and following up on candidates

- Conduct induction meetings with new members to ensure they are aware of their

responsibility in the probation process

- File and organise case report forms received from new members

- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation

- Keep a regular record of progress, reporting to HR or Operations Manager weekly

UKFCP National Support Centre was first established in late February 2020 in response

No prior experience required but we look for individuals who are:
