Grant application helper

Charles Dickens Community Orchards are building on the established Cornwallis Crescent Community Orchard established in March 2016, which provides a much needed green oasis space in the centre of the city for people to enjoy with their families for picnics.  These are future legacy projects for our children and grandchildren. A place where free fruit is grown for local people, with meadow areas.  A place where people can volunteer to help water the trees in the hot weather and grow fruit bushes and flowers to help the bees come and pollinate the trees.

Volunteer help needed with applying for grant applications for the Charles Dickens Community Orchards

The work we are doing is spreading across the city and trees are provided by grants and all of the stakes, posts, compost etc.

So each year we need to be able to match fund and also apply for grants to keep going and spreading out across the city giving free fruit to local people.

If you have some experience applying for grants please come and help us.
