Our popular Friday evening social club for adults with physical and learning disabilities is held in the Main Hall. We currently have over 40 registered members, several of whom are regular attendees and we are always ready to welcome new members. Our club patrons enjoy lots of opportunities for fun and lively social engagement with a choice of structured activities including gardening activities, football coaching, quizzes, bingo, board games, skittles, arts and crafts, cooking, games, music, table football and pool. Phew! We also offer light refreshments and a small tuck shop that our members run. On the last Friday of each month the Friday Club transforms into a lively disco, often with karaoke facilities. In addition, we have several special themed nights throughout the year including a Valentine\'s Day Buffet, a Summer Ball in August and a Christmas Party in December. Our friendly and experienced staff and volunteers are DBS checked and there is an appointed First Aid responder on site throughout the duration of all activities. We ask all new members to complete a membership form before they attend, to enable our team to best support them during their time here.
We are looking for volunteers to help with these sessions. You might be playing a board game one week and helping out with the tuck shop the next.
